Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question, my fellow Canadian. You must be so excited that you’ll get to escape the snow and cold next week… take me with you!!
When my friends and family have cashed in their Air Miles reward miles for
Theme Park Tickets, they’ve typically been able to link the ticket information that they received in their email order. Please make sure that you aren’t using the Air Miles confirmation code that you received to confirm your order. Your email confirmation should contain ticket numbers (which might be referred to as “exchange certificates”) which you can then use to
link each ticket to your
My Disney Experience account. Don’t forget that you’ll also need to link a ticket for each member of your party!
If you can’t find your ticket number or the link process doesn’t seem to be working properly for you, I strongly recommend
contacting Walt Disney World Resort by telephone and, more specifically, the My Disney Experience tech team. They’ll be able to help you locate your ticket number and link your tickets, if you’re having trouble.
Once that step is done, I strongly recommend making your group’s
FastPass+ selections for your visit as soon as possible. You can make up to 3 in a single day, all in the same Theme Park. It’s a great way to minimize your wait in line and maximize the fun in your Disney Day.
