The
Minnie Van transportation service, operated by Lyft, is temporarily unavailable during the
phased reopening of the Walt Disney World Resort. This transportation service, which is as adorable as it's name implies, will hopefully be making a return in the future. It is a great service for Guests wishing to experience direct transportation as they make their way between their Disney Resort Hotel, the Disney Parks, Disney Springs, Disney Dining, and to and from the airport. Disney is also running limited
water transportation to Magic Kingdom Park!
In the absence of Lyft's Minnie Van service, Guests can still enjoy various modes of transportation. You can always count on
Disney Bus Transportation, the
Monorail, and the
Disney Skyliner to get you to all of your favorite places! And of course,
Disney's Magical Express is still your magic carpet ride to and from Orlando International Airport. All of these modes of transportation are complimentary to Guests of Disney Resort Hotels!
You're visiting at a great time of year! The Walt Disney World Resort is already busy prepping for the holidays! Guests can enjoy the
spirit of the holiday season from November 6th through December 30th! At Magic Kingdom Park Guests can enjoy special holiday projections on Cinderella Castle! Guests will also love seeing some of their favorite Disney characters dressed in their holiday finest throughout the four Disney Parks! At Disney's Hollywood Studios, Minnie and Santa Goofy will be hosting a holiday dining experience at Hollywood and Vine! What would Christmas be without Santa Claus himself!? St. Nick will be making appearances at the Disney Parks and
Disney Springs! Speaking of Disney Springs, be sure to check out their Tree Trail! This is one of my family's favorite experiences during the holidays! We love seeing all of the Christmas trees themed as some of our favorite Disney movies and characters.
Betty, Santa will rely on his sleigh and reindeer, but you can plan your visit assured that Disney Transportation is ready to help Guests get to and from their favorite Disney destinations during the holiday season!
