Luv the panel!!Planning trip for Jan 2011 with DH,DS15,DD4 & nephew 14. Want to stay @ Poly.Do they have cots that we can request for our room, also what is the weather like this time of year & what should we pack? Thanks for all your great advice!

Hi, Michele!    Rooms at the Polynesian will have 2 queen beds plus a daybed, so you will be able to sleep 5 comfortably.   Cots or roll-away beds are not available.

January can be on the cool side in Orlando.  Count on your days to be in the low 60's, but it can reach into the low 70's if you are lucky!   Once the sun sets, it gets chilly so plan ahead with coats and possibly even mittens and hats if you plan to be out in the evenings.     Because the weather really varies in January, check www.weather.com a day or 2 before your trip so you can pack appropriately for your family.

Have a great time in WDW and at the Polynesian.  This is one of my favorite resorts on property!  Enjoy!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is sailing with Disney Cruise Line, running (or cheering!) at runDisney events, taking hula lessons at Aulani, or vacationing at the Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. I am proud to be a part of the planDisney team and cannot wait to share my tips and advice for a magical vacation
