    Hi! LUV the panel! Staying @ CBR mar 5-10 w/ DH,DD 11+7, + my parents. Heard that flower +garden starts 7th. Will some decor b up prior? Realy want mom to see but have plans after the 7th. Celebrating my anniversary + DD 11th bday. Thanks ;)

    I am so pleased to hear that you enjoy the Moms Panel.  Thank you so much for posting a question!

    In years past, I have been to Epcot in the days immediately preceding the opening of the Flower & Garden Festival.  Often, during these days, you will already see some topiaries installed throughout the theme park.  Not all of them will be in place until the Festival's official first day, but you'll still get some gorgeous views of the flowers in the days leading up to the event. 

    Have a lovely anniversary in the spring and please wish your daughter a happy birthday from the entire Walt Disney World Moms Panel.
