Luv the Panel! We are staying in Beach Club Villas w/ our boys, 4&2. What is the most convenient room placement to request? Ideally: good view (not of road), close to bus stop, near big pool, near Epcot walkway. Would love to minimize walking where we

Hi Sarah! We recently stayed at the Beach Club Villas this spring and although our room was almost at a point the furthest from the main building we did not find the walk to anything very long or strenuous.  I would simply suggest that you request your room to be as close to the main Beach Club resort building. There will be pros and cons to almost any of the several "arms" of the villa resort.  Some rooms are closer but they don't necessarily have the best views.  We opted for a villa pool view but we had a few extra steps to take to the main resort.

More important to us was that we requested not to have a first floor room.  Some of these rooms will not allow the privacy that higher rooms of that value offer.  It is hard to keep your drapes closed all the time and many are close to walkways or doors leaving privacy at a minimum when on the ground level.

Remember to FAX or call your request in about four days before your arrival.  You can add it now to the reservation but it is always recommended you back that up with the FAX the week before your vacation starts. That is generally the time the room assignments are made.
