Hi moms, luv the panel! it's proven to be very helpful in planning our WDW trip! sep 21-30th. my DS10 has a disability, no prob walking but tries. booked pref rm @ ASM to be close to bus stop etc. should i also fax a rm pref a few days prior to our arrival

Hi, Roxanne! Oh, I'm so glad that you have found our Q&A site to be helpful. We certainly want others to see Disney the way we see it -- a truly magical place where the extraordinary is expected!  It's always a good idea to reconfirm room preferences a few days before you arrive as well as at check-in. I had a cast member who is a front desk manager tell me that they look over room preference reports two weeks ahead of arrivals. Therefore, just make sure that your requests are noted before then. A reminder fax or phone call will get the job done! Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel, and have a wonderful day and a magical vacation!
