Luv your panel! At MK,On a MNSSHP day,Before the actual party starts-which regular character-meets wear a Halloween costume (different from their usual costume)? We'd like to meet these/use fastpass for these charactermeets prior to the Halloween party

Thank you for the kind words about the panel, Vikrant! I adore a long day at Magic Kingdom park during Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party season. The fall decor takes on a ghoulish glow and that’s when the spooky fun begins!

During the daytime BEFORE the party starts, you’ll find all kinds of character meet and greets around the park, many in the Times Guides that you can pick up in the front of the park, as well as in the CHARACTERS tab in the My Disney Experience Mobile App. Sadly, you won’t find anyone in their Halloween costumes until the party begins at 7pm. Minnie, Daisy, Donald and Goofy can be found in Pete’s Silly Sideshow in Storybook Circus, dressed in fun circus outfits, but those can also be seen year-round. It’s the closest thing to a “costume!”

You can absolutely use your FastPass+ reservations for character meet and greets like Ariel in her Grotto, Magician Mickey and Tinkerbell at the Town Square Theatre, and Princesses at Princess Fairytale Hall. You may come across Stitch, Fairy Godmother, Alice, Snow White, or Peter Pan, but use your app or simply keep your eyes peeled for their first-come meet and greets. I caught Alice walking around the Mad Tea Party unannounced and I was so excited, I squealed louder than my kids! I hope you have a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious vacation! ~ Lindsey P.
