luv the panel! may be a tough ? here--following weight watchers program and all foods have a "point" value. Is there anyplace that I can find the calorie/fat/fiber counts of foods? Do the food service areas have handouts with that information?

    Hi Paula!

I'm not aware of any sites that provide nutritional information for Disney dining.  However,  I do have a couple suggestions.  First, it might be helpful to view the menus on allears.net prior to your vacation.  You'll get a better idea on the offerings and have  a plan of attack lined up.  Second, I would recommend goggling "Disney Weight Watchers" - you should find a discussion on Weight Watchers in the Passporter community.  They offer some great suggestions as well.

I hope this helps.  The good news is you should be able to earn plenty of activity points with all the walking you'll  be doing!  Good luck and I hope this helps you.  Diane  :)
