Oh, Margaret!
Don't tell anyone but I think it's almost MORE fun to go to Disney WITHOUT kids! Shhhhh!
You guys are smart to go during the Flower & Garden Festival. It is my FAVE! For a second day, have you considered doing a
special tour? There are tons of cool tours from Segway tours around Epcot to Backstage Magic at 3 parks! I want to go on the Wild Africa Trek at Animal Kingdom. Some of my friends went recently and it looks amazing!
If you don't want to spend extra money (the tours range from $20 to Mega Bucks!), I would hit up a restaurant you've never been to (maybe watch the fireworks from California Grill?) or maybe do my own Hidden Mickey scavenger hunt. Another fun thing I've always wanted to do is the
IllumiNations cruise.
And of course, my favorite activity at the parks is to walk from snack cart to snack cart to bakery to candy shop and find the most exciting, unusual and delicious desserts! (Have you had the Zebra cupcake at the Kusafiri Bakery in Animal Kingdom? or the cinnamon roll at Main Street Bakery? Or the Karamell Küche from Epcot's Germany?)
If you have any other specific questions, please let me know!
