Luv the panel! What advice can you provide regarding QS plan? Last trip had Deluxed DP and it was WAY too much food. Last Nov. we had basic and it still seemed like a lot. I was thinking it would be more budget friendly to use QS and pay OOP for TS if need

Paula you are definitely the best judge for your families dining needs.  Since you have tried the other two plans it is a good time to see if the Quick Service plan is enough.  With that in mind you can also just make reservations at a couple of table service locations and enjoy one or two meals outside the plan on your own dollar.

Our absolute favorite spot in the Animal Kingdom park is Flametree Barbecue which is a quick service location.  We never eat anywhere else in this park!  Then in the Magic Kingdom you have several great locations to choose from with Casey's Corner on Main Street being our families choice.  In EPCOT we enjoy the Mexico Cantina De San Angel or the LIberty Inn.  A hidden gem is the Lotus Blossom Cafe in China.  There are many others in this park so you have quite a large choice!
Hollywood Studios again offers good locations such as the ABC Commissary or the Backlot Express.

From our experience you need to search a little harder for the good veggies for the kids at quick service locations but it is vacation and if you can deal with that dilemma then you should be fine!
