Hi Brian - I'd recommend that you call the resort directly to make any specific room requests. You should ask for the back office or room assignment department, and be very specific with what you are looking for (i.e., it's best to ask for "close to lobby" than a specific room, if it's most important that you are close to the lobby). Keep in mind that not all room requests are guaranteed.

Call at least 4 days and no more than 10 days in advance.
