Luv the DMP! Can you see the electric parade and Wishes fireworks from the Crystal Palace? I have been trying to get dinner ADR for BOG or CRT, no luck. I would like to get a great view of Wishes away from the crowds on Main Street, any suggestions? Tks :)

    Hello Margaret,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for the lovely compliment!

I’ve had the chance to dine at The Crystal Palace several times over the past few years and, while it’s a delicious meal with some memorable characters (I love Eeyore!), the restaurant doesn’t offer a particularly good view (or much of a view at all) of either Main Street Electrical Parade or of Wishes nighttime spectacular. In addition, you don’t have any view at all of either nighttime event from either Be Our Guest Restaurant or Cinderella’s Royal Table, so if that’s your only reason for wanting to dine at those locations, you should make alternate plans.

You have a few options. First, you can try to get a reservation for the Wishes Fireworks Dessert Party. From what I understand, same-day reservations may be available, which will allow you to view the fireworks from the Main Street Plaza Gardens, which is probably my favourite place to watch Wishes!

Finally, believe it or not, the view of Wishes from Fantasyland or even from Frontierland, while not as perfect as the one from Main Street U.S.A., still gives you a good view of the show, in a slightly less crowded location.

    Have a Magical Day,
    Lynne
