Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Lesli!
I'm thrilled to hEAR you are planning to visit the Beast's Enchanted Castle! So, let us pull up a chair as the dining room proudly presents, your lunch!
I have a picky eater in the family too, so I can completely understand your dilemma. If you are planning to pay for your meal using cash, debit card, credit card, etc., then you'll find there is a great deal of flexibility, and even adults can easily order off the Kids' Menus at most dining locations throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. There's just one caveat, when visiting Disney Character Dining locations, buffets, family-style dining, or other comparable prix fixe meal restaurants, you will be charged the adult price. However, since you are going to
Be Our Guest Restaurant for lunch, this won't be an issue.
If you have purchased any of the Disney Dining Plans, you may find that ordering items from the Kids' Menus using your adult meal credits, is not necessarily the most optimal way to utilize adult meal entitlements. It would probably be best to pay out-of-pocket for your meals, particularly if you are planning to order exclusively off the Kids' Menus throughout your vacation. If, however, you would rather go ahead and use your adult meal entitlements to order items from the Kids' Menus, you'll find that most Cast Members will likely bring out larger portions of kid friendly entrées to your table.
Try
The Master's Cupcake with the "Grey Stuff", it's delicious. Don't believe me? Ask the dishes!
I hope this information was helpful, Lesli. Please come back soon with more vacation planning questions.
Wishing you a most memorable visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
