Cosmic greetings, Christie. Welcome to planDisney!
Here in the planDisney galaxy, we are Guests just like you, and Christie, as a fellow fan of
Space 220 Restaurant, I'm happy to
space out a little time to see if I can help offer some advice to help. Let's get
STAR-ted! I can tell you from experience that reservations for this restaurant and lounge tend to book up about 60 days in advance. I checked your dates, and unfortunately, I see that there are no reservations available. But don't stress; there's a chance a reservation may not be out of orbit. Here are a few suggestions:
First, keep checking frequently. While other Guests may be holding reservations, as their trips get closer, you'll often see cancellations that open up availability. This has happened to me many times, and I've managed to secure a hard-to-get reservation on the day of my trip.
Once you arrive at EPCOT, visit the Cast Member at the check-in area for the restaurant and
lounge a little before the scheduled opening time. They may have possible openings available. The last time I dined there, I had a reservation at opening, and there was a line of people waiting to get on a waitlist. It never hurts to ask.
Christie, I sincerely hope you'll be able to visit Space 220 Restaurant. However, if you're unable to secure a reservation, I have some recommendations for you. At EPCOT, you'll find unique dining experiences with excellent food at
Biergarten Restaurant, Coral Reef Restaurant, and
San Angel Inn Restaurante. My personal favorite restaurant in all of Walt Disney World is also located in EPCOT, and if you're looking for authentic Italian cuisine, I highly recommend
Via Napoli. It's delicious!
I'm so happy you stopped by with your question. Christie, it's been my pleasure to offer some help and advice, and I hope you'll visit us again! No matter what, I hope your vacation is
out of this world! Until we orbit again!
