Is there any way to make a lunch reservation at Be Our Guest? I've tried and tried for months to get a dinner reservation with no luck. It's my son's 10th birthday and his first time to Disney and I would LOVE to give him this experience, but no email.

Hi, Michelle! Happy birthday to your son! Lunch at Be Our Guest is Quick-Service, so Advance Dining Reservation are not available to dine there then. I like not needing a reservation to dine there at lunch! My family and I were able to get FastPass+ selections for lunch at  Be Our Guest Restaurant in October, but we had to be "invited" to participate.  We received an email two days before the day we had chosen to visit the Magic Kingdom (we were already in Walt Disney World - so check your emails when you can).  Through My Disney Experience and the ride and attraction FastPass+ selections we had already made, the system knew we would be in the Magic Kingdom that day and asked if we would like to test the FastPass+ experience for Be Our Guest. We jumped at the chance, and it was terrific! Now, I have no idea how or why we were chosen, so I can't tell you how to increase your odds.

I can, however, make another suggestion.  Don't stress too much about the FastPass+ selection being the only way to eat there for lunch.  My family and I have dined there several times without FastPass+.  What works for us is to either go just as it is opening or about thirty minutes before lunch ends, and we have been able to get in without too much wait.  While you are waiting, be sure to listen to the suits of armor talking and take in the amazing architecture of the building.  You will not be bored.  I'm sending pixie-dusted wishes that your son has an amazing trip! May it be his first of many! Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
