Hi there, George! Welcome to planDisney!
You are going to love dining at
The Crystal Palace during your upcoming
Walt Disney World Resort vacation! The food is delicious, and the Victorian greenhouse setting overlooking Cinderella Castle is beautiful. Best of all, while you enjoy your meal, you'll have the opportunity to visit with Winnie the Pooh and his friends from the Hundred-Acre Wood.
The Crystal Palace can be quite busy with Guests traveling back and forth between the buffet and their tables. Also, Winnie the Pooh and his friends need enough room to get around to visit with Guests. The walkways between tables need to be kept clear, so you'll need to park your stroller outside of the restaurant.
I'm not sure how old your little one is, but if your child is an infant, a front-pack baby carrier is a great option for those times when you need to leave your stroller behind in a parking area. If you want to make sure that your kiddo sticks to their nap schedule, you could also consider trying to modify the time of your lunch reservation.
You can modify a dining reservation using your
My Disney Experience mobile app. When you open your app, click on the three lines in the bottom-right corner of the screen. From there, go to the "Future Plans" section and scroll until you see the dining reservation that you're hoping to modify. Click on that reservation, and then select "Modify." You can then search for another date or time to see if there is availability to modify your reservation.
As you get ready for your trip, be sure to check out our
planDisney Video Library. My fellow panelists,
LeAndra and
Leslie have a super informative video series on visiting Walt Disney World Resort with little ones. Also, while you're visiting the theme parks, be sure to take advantage of the
Baby Care Centers. They're a great place to take care of all of your little Mouseketeer's needs. If you have any other questions, feel free to visit us again. We'd love to help you have the most magical vacation ever!
See ya real soon!
