    Hi there, when will the Lumiere Challenge open for 2017 please and based on past experience how quickly will it fill up. I'm in the UK and suspect I will need to book flights to get best price before the race is opened for entries. Many thanks.

    Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    Registration dates for the 2017 Wine and Dine Half Marathon weekend have not been determined just yet. I can tell you that it opened on March 15, 2016, for the 2016 event.  My guess is that it will be close to that date for 2017, as well.

    The Wine and Dine Half Marathon and Lumiere's Two Course Challenge both sold out very quickly (within an hour) this year.  The half marathon has sold out within one hour for the past two years. This was the first year for the challenge, but I anticipate that they will both be very popular again next year.
