Can I have luggage transported from one Disney resort to another resort I’m not staying at? We will be staying at All Stars Movies but our last day our flight leaves at 7:50 pm so I have a tea party scheduled at the Grand Floridian 2 to 3 pm

I think it's tea-riffic that you decided to stop by the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Destiny! I'm so excited to help you brew up some plans for your upcoming vacation!

Although the resorts won't be able to transfer your luggage, all Walt Disney World Resort hotel guests can use a complimentary service called Resort Airline Check-in, which allows you to get your return boarding pass and check your luggage right at your hotel, for selected airlines. The Resort Airline Check-In desk is open daily from 5:00 AM to 12:00 noon, and your bags must be checked no less than three hours prior to your flight time and no more than 12 hours earlier.  My advice would be to use this service after checking out of Disney's All-Star Movies Resort (check-out time is 11:00 AM) and then head over to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa using either a Minnie Van or a ride share service. Afterward, you'll need to head back to your resort if you intend to take Disney's Magical Express to the Orlando International Airport. The pick-up time for your return to the airport will be approximately three hours before your flight time (however, you can still use the Resort Airline Check-in Service, even if you aren't using Magical Express).

Afternoon Tea at the Garden View Tea Room is a marvelous way to spend your last afternoon, sipping on tea and nibbling on finger sandwiches and desserts. I'm sure Chip and Mrs. Potts would agree (look for them in the tile work outside the Tea Room)! All of the teas are Twinings of London, and even if you're not a tea "sommelier," your Server can help you decide. Each guest receives a full pot of tea (covered in a red velvet tea cozy), so I recommend each getting a different varietal so you can share. The best part of the experience is the scone plate, which is accompanied by Lemon Curd, Devonshire Clotted Cream, and Strawberry Jam.

As Mary Poppins says, I hope your trip is Practically Perfect in every way, Destiny!

Hi, I'm Eean from Pennsylvania!  I may have an unusual name, but my passion for Disney is not unique.  It’s amazing how many people you can find who love talking about, "The Most Magical Place On Earth!"  I'm that mom who always has her ears perked at PTO meetings, in the grocery store aisle, or at middle school basketball games waiting for an opportunity to give someone a planning tip to help make their vacation even more magical.
