How do we get luggage tags printed ?

Hi Ron, thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Traveling to the Walt Disney World Resort is an exciting adventure for my family from the moment we leave our home. Traveling from out of state, we fly directly into Orlando International Airport and we use Disney’s Magical Express to take us to our Disney Resort Hotel. If you are staying at a Disney Resort Hotel, make sure you have made a reservation with Disney’s Magical Express. Once your reservation is made, here comes the hard part, waiting for the exciting travel day!

As your arrival date approaches, you will receive details on where to board Disney’s Magical Express and your luggage tags. They will be delivered to the address you provided when making your reservation approximately 2 to 3 weeks prior to your arrival date. However, if you do not receive your luggage tags don’t worry! You can still take advantage of having your luggage delivered to your room. All you have to do is provide your baggage claim numbers to the representative that checks you into Disney’s Magical Express.

Keep in mind that if you are arriving in Orlando overnight, between 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., you will need to retrieve your checked luggage, as luggage services is not available at that time. (Pro tip: make sure to keep anything that you will need immediately in your carry-on luggage because it may take up to 3 hours for your checked items to meet back up with you).  Don’t forget to not pack your MagicBands in your checked luggage! You will need them to check in at Disney’s Magical Express and use them to unlock your hotel room once you get there.

    Safe travels!
