    how do we get luggage tags and airport transfers

    Hi Mary, 

    Welcome to planDisney and thank you for asking us a question!

    I always love receiving my luggage tags from Disney Cruise Line because that means that my vacation isn’t very far away! You should be receiving your luggage tags in the mail and they should be delivered to the address on file for your cruise reservation. If you don’t receive them, don’t worry! When you arrive at the port, there will be luggage porters there who can make luggage tags for you. Just give them your stateroom number and the last name for the “lead” Guest on the reservation and they’ll take care of the rest. 

    As for Ground Transportation to your departure port, you can arrange for that through Disney Cruise Line. You’ll need to call them to make these arrangements and your options may be limited depending on the port from which you’ll be sailing, so be sure to call them as soon as possible.
