Hi, Ema!
If you are thinking luggage tags, you must be getting close to a magical sailing with
Disney Cruise Line. Plan ahead by downloading the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App, completing your
Online Check-in, and of course picking out the perfect Mickey Mouse Ears to take along with you on your cruise!
Luggage tags are usually mailed out a few weeks prior to sailing. If for some reason you do not receive your pre-printed luggage tags or you need additional tags, the friendly porters at your cruise terminal will be happy to provide additional bag tags. When dropping off your luggage after arrival at the cruise terminal, you will not see your bags again until later in the afternoon when they arrive at your stateroom. Keep a carry-on bag with your passports, phones, medications, and anything you might need the first few hours of your cruise. When my kids were little, they would head straight to the pool so I would pack swimsuits and sunscreen in my day bag.
Once onboard, you may enjoy the ship by having lunch, exploring the kids' clubs, or even taking a tour of the
Senses Spa and Salon. Rooms are usually ready around 1:30pm. There will be a mandatory
assembly safety drill, then the party really gets started with a Sail Away party up on deck. What a wonderful way to start your magical cruise!
After all your luggage arrives, you may remove the luggage tags. Different luggage tags will be delivered to your stateroom for debarkation at the end of your cruise. You will also receive instructions regarding all debarkation procedures, but do not worry about that until the last days of your cruise!
I hope you have a magical sailing with Disney Cruise Line. You will be welcomed like royalty and treated to top notch service throughout your voyage. Captains Mickey and Minnie cannot wait to see you onboard real soon!
