    Is there a luggage delivery service when I move from Disney Hotel to another Disney Hotel? For example, I wonder if it's possible to go from Disney's Contemporary Resort to Coronado Springs Resorts.

    Hi JiWon!

    I'm so happy to hEAR you'll be enjoying not only one, but TWO awesome Disney Resorts Collection hotels on your next Walt Disney World Resort vacation. It's always fun to do a split stay when visiting Walt Disney World, and the nice folks at Bell Services make it easy to accomplish. 

    On the morning you'll be checking out of your first Disney resort hotel, simply give Bell Services a call to let them know you'll be transferring your bags to another Disney resort. If you'd like them to pick up your bags from your room, they can do that, or you can take your belongings down to the Bell Services desk to drop them off. (Please note that there could be a short wait time for them to come to your room.) At this time, Bell Services can not transfer cold or perishable items, but they will be happy to hold them for you in cold storage for you to pick up later if you like. They will take down all of your information, and you'll be given a claim ticket with your name and the total number of bags that will be going to your new resort. 
    At that point, feel free to enjoy your day, whether at one of Walt Disney World's four amazing theme parks, or enjoying an afternoon of shopping and dining at Disney Springs. Once you're ready to check in to your second Disney Resort hotel, let Bell Services know that you'd like your luggage delivered to your room. Soon, you and your bags will be reunited in your new Disney Resorts Collection hotel room! (I always keep some cash on hand to thank the awesome Cast Members for their services.)

    I am certain you'll enjoy your stays at both Disney's Contemporary Resort and Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. I'm especially excited about the reopening of Toledo - Tapas, Steak & Seafood at Gran Destino Tower at Coronado Springs Resort on August 5. You should check it out!
