Hi there, Annette!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your WONDERful vacation is on the horizon! If you haven’t yet done so, download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app and set the Cruise Countdown clock so you can watch those days tick away! Before you know it, you and Captain Mickey will be sailing away for five nights of
Halloween on the High Seas fun! I love the Halloween-themed sailings because not only do you get to enjoy the fun that all Disney Cruise Line vacations have to offer, but you also get to add in some extra holiday celebrations! Don’t forget your costumes!!
Disney Cruise Line does not have a maximum allowance for luggage to be brought onboard with you, so you do not need to worry about it as you would with an airline! You will check your luggage at the Port of San Diego when you arrive for embarkation and then it will be delivered to your stateroom later that day. I always suggest bringing along a day bag with you with necessities in case the luggage doesn’t arrive before you want to hit the pool! My boys are always eager to go swimming as soon as we get onboard, so we always carry that along with important medications with us! If you choose to bring on any water or
alcohol, make sure you do not put that in your checked luggage, as it must be carried on with you! You will be able to access your stateroom shortly after 1:30PM (approximately), so you can drop anything in your stateroom then!
Have just the best time aboard! Say hi to Captain Mickey for me!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
