Hi Amanda,
I just returned from a fabulous trip to Walt Disney World where my family and I enjoyed the
Frozen Summer Fun Premium Package. Like you, I was worried about having time for
Wandering Oaken's Trading Post and Frozen Funland. The Trading Post and Funland both open at the same time as Disney's Hollywood Studios. The day we were there, the park opened at 9 in the morning. We walked(did not run) to Wandering Oaken's. We were swept up a bit by the crowd for Toy Story Midway Mania, but arrived to find no line for Wandering Oaken's. There are separate lines for the Trading Post and Frozen Funland. I would recommend heading to Frozen Funland first. You should have time to build a snowman and take some fun photos before the first skating session. The line for the snow area seemed to fill up quickly.
After you've sufficiently cooled down, you can head next door to the Trading Post. The Trading Post is beautiful and has great merchandise but shouldn't take too long. We checked in for the Royal Welcome around 10 and that seemed to give us plenty of time to enjoy the refreshments before the procession started. If you want to be in the front row, you might want to get there earlier.
Please don't miss For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration. I wasn't quite sure about it and it turned out to be one of my favorite things! And the Frozen Fireworks are simply amazing. I hope you and your family have a fabulous Frozen time!
Be sure to let me know if you have any other questions!
Wishing you a magical vacation,
Amy H.
