Hi Moms- Lucky enough to score free dining plan. Excited to try new dining spots. Have ADR for Chef Mickeys & Disney Jr, Play and Dine. Do you think the Sci Fi Diner would be ok for our 4 year old girl. Don't want to scare her with the movie clips.

Hi Natalie! Well, lucky you on getting free dining at Walt Disney World during that amazing promotional period. You will love the convenience and savings of it all.

It sounds like you have chosen some of my favorite places to dine. In fact, we start our upcoming family trip this summer at the Play 'n Dine breakfast at Hollywood and Vine. In regards to Sci Fi Dine-In Theater, we took our kids the last time we traveled there and she was 4 at the time and loved it. The clips could come across as a tad scary to some, but she loved it and was laughing along with her brother. However, you would be the best judge of whether or not you think she might be frightened by it. So, if you'd like an alternative, let me suggest 50s Prime Time Cafe. This is one of my all-time favorites. Now while she might not get the 50s reference, it is a lot of fun due to the comical cast members that serve you. The atmosphere is really unique with different kitchen scenes throughout the restaurant with lots to look at and we also love the menu here. One of my favorites is the peanut butter and jelly milkshake...simply scrumptious!

Have a magical time among the lights, camera, and action of Hollywood Studios!
