Hello - I was lucky enough to score a BOG res at 8:15pm on Oct 19. Looks like the MSEP is at 8pm and Wishes at 9pm. If we opt to have just dessert at BOG, will we have time to see one these and if so, where do you recommend we position ourselves? Thanks!

    Hi, Valerie!

As beautiful as the Be Our Guest restaurant is, it really is not worth it to be rushing around all evening, especially if you are just going to grab dessert.

My suggestion:  Cancel your reservation.  If you just want to take a peek at the restaurant, stop by first thing in the morning and while you cannot enter the main dining area (ballroom) you can enter the foyer and get a great view of the beautiful main room with its amazing chandeliers. Also, remember that lunch at Be Our Guest is Quick Service.  If you get in line by about 10:30ish, you should be seated fairly quickly.  This way, you can enjoy a full meal (or just a snack if you prefer) and you will have your entire evening free to enjoy all the magical nighttime entertainment.
One of my favorite locations to watch the nighttime fun is from the porch of the Crystal Palace.  You will be away from the crowds, but still see the parade as well as the fireworks.  If you want the best view in the park, claim a spot up at the train station. You will have to get your spot early as this location fills up!

However you decide to spend your evening, I hope it is full of magic and pixie dust.  Enjoy!
