Hello! I am lucky enough to be planning visits to both Disneyland and Walt Disney World in the next year. When annual passes come back, will there be an option to buy one to cover both locations? Thanks!

    Hello, Cari!

You have made my day by visiting us, and most importantly, asking a question that I think about daily. As a child, my family has always been Annual Passholders to the Disneyland Resort. Now as an adult, I’ve found myself drawn to both the Walt Disney World Resort and the Disneyland Resort. So the Annual Pass that covers both Disney Resorts is something I’ve had my eyes on. Of course, because of everything that has happened recently, the sales of all Annual Passports were paused. The great news is, the newly added Magic Key Program has finally arrived at the Disneyland Resort. ChEARs!

Even though a new program has been added at the Disneyland Resort, Walt Disney World Resort has not yet resumed sales on their Annual Pass Program. With that being said, no option to buy a pass that covers both locations is available. If your heart lies at both Disney Resorts, like mine does, I recommend keeping up with the Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date information on the parks.

Cari, also keeps in mind that you can upgrade your ticket and/or Key at any time, subject to availability. If your visit to the Disneyland Resort comes first, purchasing a Magic Key may be a good fit. I always say if you are planning more than 1 visit to either park, consider an Annual Pass. It may actually help save some money in the long run!

I hope this answers your question. If you find that you have any more, just ask! We here at the panel are happy to help answer any questions you may have about either Disney Resort.

    See ya real soon!
