How exciting that you were able to score the beautiful enchanted rose cup from
Be Our Guest Restaurant! I am so sorry that your brother lost the straw before you were able to enjoy the magic, but I think we can both agree that the thought is what counts! My suggestion to you would be to
use the contact form on the Walt Disney World website, and under the “subject” heading select “merchandise” and explain the situation. I have had great luck replacing broken and lost items this way! Once, I purchased a Christmas ornament from
Disney's Days of Christmas, which, unfortunately, did not make its way home in one piece. By using the suggested form, I was promptly sent a replacement! How great is that!? I can’t make any promises, especially considering that this cup is sold out, but it can’t hurt to try! I would ALSO suggest bringing the cup when you visit and taking it to Be Our Guest as well as
Guest Relations to see if there are any extras there since a response to the online form might take some time.
I truly do hope your cup is whole again, soon! Have the most magical time!
