    We were lucky enough to get an ADR for Be Our Guest at 5:50pm the first night of our stay this August. However, in the confirmation email it says that "characters are not available at this time of day". Is this correct? My son REALLY wants to mee

    Hi Katrina!

    I am so excited that you get the opportunity to dine at Be Our Guest Restaurant. This is one of my favorite restaurants. The dining rooms make you feel just like you are in the Beauty and the Beast movie and I have always found the food to be absolutely delicious!

    Be Our Guest Restaurant is not technically considered a Character Dining Location. However, it has been my experience that sometimes the Beast does make an appearance at dinner time. I have seen him gracefully strolling through the dining rooms and often times posing for pictures in his library after his guests have finished their evening meal. On nights that the Beast is tied up with his beastly duties, I have still found that dining in his castle is indeed enchanted.
