    We were lucky to be able to book our AKL room using travel reward points earned from our credit card, but since it wasn't via WDW agents (who have no access to our reservation) does that opt us out of being able to use Magic Express?

    Hi Cheryl,

    As far as I know.  Any guest staying at a Walt Disney World Resort (not including Swan & Dolphin) is able to use Magical Express.  Although WDW Agents have no access to your reservation, someone must know that you are staying on property.  I would call 1(407)939-6244, and explain the situation.  They should be able to help you reserve a spot on Magical Express.

    If you don't receive your luggage tags and voucher prior to your departure date, simply head to the Magical Express Welcome Desk when you arrive in Orlando.  They'll ask for your flight information, a description of your luggage, and the resort where you'll be staying.  They'll print up your voucher, and you'll be on your way.
