    Just lucked out and got an ADR for lunch at BOG in May. My question is this: How and where do I pre-order our meals? My confirmation said that pre-orders were available on a specific date. Also, I heard that you request a specific room, how? Thanks!

    Hi Jack!

    I just finished placing my order for lunch at Be Our Guest for this weekend.  SO COOL!  It is by far my favorite restaurant for a quick service lunch.  I love the convenience of not having to carry a tray full of food to my table.  

    To pre-order your meals, you login to your My Disney Experience account and pull up your itinerary for that day.  You will see an hyperlink that says 'Place Your Order'.  The full menu will pull up for you and you can choose every dish for your entire party.  A running tab will show on the right side of your screen.  When you are finished choosing, click on 'Review Order'.  The next screen will show a summary of your order and a total price, which you pay at the restaurant.  Click 'Place Order' and you're done!  If you want to make any changes, just follow the same steps. 

    Lunch is open seating in the restaurant.  It is the only time that the Rose Gallery room is open.  It is first come, first serve.  If there is a particular room that you would like to dine in, you may have to wait for a table to open up.  I have dined in all three rooms and I couldn't tell you which is my favorite.  They are all incredibly beautiful.  You are allowed to gander around the castle and take pictures in every room during lunch, so if you aren't able to eat in the room of your choice, you can still tour it for as long as you'd like.
