I am on a low protein diet. Is there a way to find out the nutritional facts of the restaurants/food stands? Also, how hard would it be to get a special meal at a restaurant? I can have no more than 14 grams of protein at a meal.

Hi Juliana! Disney has been very fast forward with the dietary needs of their guests. They will do everything they can for guests who have specific allergies or medical needs concerning their diets.

When you arrive at a table service location please let your server know you have a special need. A chef will come to your table and discuss what will need to be done for you. When you head to a quick service location please ask to see the ingredient sheets that they will have covering every item on the menu. Quick service locations will not be able to prepare special meals for you like the table service restaurants as they do not have the kitchens that are equipped for such services.

Before you head for Walt Disney World for your vacation I suggest you email Disney to discuss your needs and allow them to make suggestions for your dining. You can do this at Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com. I am sure you will have a wonderful time and enjoy the wonderful foods of Disney!
