I loved the idea of splitting our 7-night stay and chose POFQ and Polynesian. When booking I required 2 reservations, one for each hotel. That meant a purchase of theme tickets for each, at higher cost, so we could add dining option. Is there another way?

Resort hopping is part of the fun of a WDW vacation for our family. So, I usually do not purchase a package. Instead, I book the components of our trip separately.

In order to add the dining plan, guests must book a Magic Your Way package with dining and at least one day park admission for each person in their hotel room (age 3 and over).

What I usually do is book my hotel(s) using discount codes/rates. A great resource is www.mousesavers.com. I almost always book my initial "room only" reservation with at least a AAA discount. Then I keep checking to see if new discounts have been released.

Since accommodations are often our largest expense, this strategy really helps to keep our vacation budget on track. For tickets, I order them via Undercover Tourist using the link provided in the monthly Mousesavers newsletter which offers even extra savings.

You should keep an eye out for discount codes that are applicable to Magic Your Way packages too!
