    Love that we'll be at WDW while MNSSHP is on so we can experience something very different we dont really celebrate it here, Can you give me more information on what happens and how it all works, ages 8-13 will they be interested? can we hire costumes?

    Hi Natasha!

    Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party dates and pricing have just been released!  This is a fun special event (separate ticket required) that is wonderful for ALL ages.  Half of the fun is seeing all of the creative costumes that families have put together!  You can bring your own costumes from home or there are some available for purchase, mostly children's.

    When you enter the turnstiles, you will be given a trick-or-treat bag that you will use at the candy stations.  You are more than welcome to bring your own or purchase adorable Mickey pumpkin buckets in the gift shops.  There is a special park map that will show you where all the candy stations are so you can plan your route and collect as much candy as you want.  You can visit the stations as many times as you want!  There are also special dance parties with costumed characters located around the park as well as special meet & greets with your favorites in their own Halloween costumes.  This is the only time you will see them dressed up.  

    Be sure to catch the Boo To You Parade led by the Headless Horseman.  End the night watching HalloWishes, a special Halloween pyrotechnic treat.  

    If you plan on attending Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, I suggest you purchase your tickets in advance as the dates tend to sell out.
