Love WDW- 40 days and counting "til we arrive! Going to MVMCP wondering if DS 6 will have an opportunity to meet & have pics with Santa? Arrive 11/20 for 12 days- will we be able to swim, wear shorts, waterparks? Also hot chocolate/cookies during

MIckey's Very Merry Christmas Party is one of my all time favorite Disney events!  Santa will most surely be riding in the parade during the evening but I don't believe there is a place to actually have his picture taken with him in the park.  I recommend you take him to Downtown Disney where during the holiday season Santa will come for photo meet and greets. Check with your resort when you check in for the latest schedule for him.  There are many hot chocolate and cookie stops in the park during the party so be sure and hit them as often as you wish!

The weather is changing in November and you might have warm days and you might have quite cool days.  I suggest you plan and think  layers when you are packing.  The average temperatures range from 59-79 degrees and the mornings and evenings will be much cooler.  All the pools are heated to 82 degrees so you can swim but would wait for the sun to be at its warmest mid day!
