Hi, would love to visit chip and dale sing along while visiting, will be staying @ BLT. What is the easiest way to get there, we will have a car? Also when does the event begin? Thanks this panel is a lifesaver.

    Cari:

Although you have a car and can drive to Fort Wilderness where Chip 'n' Dale's campfire singalong is staged, the easiest way to get to the campfire may actually be to take the boat launch that circles The Contemporary, Wilderness Lodge, and Fort Wilderness--in that order.  The boat ride will take approximately 20 minutes from The Contemporary. From there, you can either walk the 1/4 mile to the campfire or take the internal bus that leaves from the far side of Pioneer Hall.

The fire pots are lit about 20 minutes til the hour, and the show begins at 8 p.m. during daylight savings time or 7 p.m. during standard time and last about 20 minutes.  A Disney movie is shown on the wide screen afterwards.

If you take your car, you'll have to take the internal bus as the walk may be more than you want to do from the outer parking lot. But if you're going during a pleasant time of year, I recommend taking the boat for a relaxing trip with wonderful scenery.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
