Hi there! I love sour beers! Other than Pym Tasting Lab, where else can I find a good sour ale? Thanks!

    Hey there, Jennifer!

Welcome back to planDisney. I'm so excited you've returned with another fantastic Disneyland Resort vacation planning question! Jennifer, you're speaking my language with your question about sour beers... I, too, am a lover of sours, and am constantly on the hunt to find the best beers in the Disney Parks! I'm honored by the opportunity to help you find some satisfactory sours on your next visit to The Happiest Place on Earth.

Despite being sweet, tangy, and refreshing, I've found that sours are tough to come by in the Disney Parks, Jennifer. While Guests can view menus for most dining locations on the Disneyland Resort website, they may not reflect the most current offerings at each location. For that reason, I encourage you to ask your server what's on tap when you arrive at each location! As you mentioned, Pym Tasting Lab offers a delightful tropical fruit gose (and many other delicious drinks!). However, I do have a few additional suggestions that are available at the time of writing:
    • Hollywood Lounge, located at Disney California Adventure Park, currently offers a "Fistful of Gummies" fruited sour that mimics the tart flavor of gummy worms!
    • GCH Craftsman Bar at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa has two non-sour options that may still appeal to you: CaliCraft Tiki Time (blonde ale) and Barrelhouse Strawberry Daze (wheat ale). These are both fruity and refreshing options that generally appeal to sour enthusiasts!
    • Port of San Fransokyo Cervecería offers a wonderful selection of Karl Strauss beers. If they don't have any sours on tap during your visit, you may also enjoy the Aurora Hoppyalis (IPA) or Endless Summer (hard seltzer).
    • Oga's Cantina at the Disneyland Park has a unique and fun White Wampa Ale (Hefeweizen) that's worth a try!
Jennifer, I hope these suggestions help you to find some scrumptious sours (or other suitable styles) during your time at the Disneyland Resort. I'm wishing you a terrific and tasteful trip to The Happiest Place on Earth! If you have any additional planning questions, don't hesitate to stop back by planDisney anytime. We're here to help make magic happen!

    See ya real soon,

    Lauren
