Love this site! I just want to make certain it's okay for part of our party of 10 to use the dining plan and the rest to pay out-of-pocket? Thanks

Hello Debbie.  Thanks for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  We love answering your questions.

When dining at any of the restaurants on the Disney Dining Plan, it is okay for part of the party to be on the Disney Dining Plan and the others not.  At the beginning of your meal, your server will come by your table and ask if you are on the Disney Dining Plan.  Simply inform your server of who is and who is not at this time.  Just in case you were not aware, I wanted to let you know that everyone staying in one room either all have to be on the Disney Dining Plan or all not on the plan.  With your large party of ten, you will want to be careful how you break up the rooms.  Make sure that everyone who wants to be on the Disney Dining Plan are in rooms together.

Have a wonderful vacation!  If we can help you with anything else, please let us know.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
