We love going on all of the rides at WDW.I will be about 12 weeks pregnant when we get to DIsney in August. As a pregnant woman I know I am limited w/rollercoaster rides,I was just wondering if there were any recommendation for what I could still ride on?

    Hi Victoria,

First of all, congratulations on your pregnancy!  That is fantastic news. There are lots of attractions for you to ride on.  I want to remind you to stay hydrated especially while visiting in August and to bring extra snack with you in case you get a bit hungry.  Yes, you will want to avoid all roller coaster and fast moving attractions.  At Magic Kingdom, I would advise you to stay away from Big Thunder Mountain, Space Mountain, and the Barnstormer.  Splash Mountain should be just fine unless you don't like the big drop at the end.   At Animal Kingdom, you will need to avoid Expedition Everest, DINOSAUR, and Primeval Whirl.  The Kilimanjaro Safaris can be a bit rough but will be fine for you.    At Hollywood Studios, I would stay away from Rock 'n' Rollercoaster and Tower of Terror.  Star Tours and Toy Story you will get bounced around a bit but you will be fine at 12 weeks pregnant.  At Epcot, I would avoid Mission: SPACE and Sum of all Thrills.  All the other attractions will be fine for you to ride on as long as you like doing so.  Just take it slow and take a nap if you can!   I know you will have a magical vacation next month. Congratulations again!
