    Hi Laurie,

    Thanks for the feedback!  We love our roles on the panel.  Several Disney Moms and I took a ride on Characters in Flight back in March and loved it.  The view is absolutely magnificent, and your driver will point out all of the theme parks and some other incredible sights.  I'm a tad nervous with heights, and had no problem on the flight.  The balloon is tethered with a very sturdy cable, and I felt secure the entire ride.  In general, it's a really smooth ride.  I avoided looking straight down, and focused on the view, and did fine.  I will say that if some members of your party are very nervous of heights, I might suggest skipping the attraction, or, have someone who knows the individual(s) well ride first, and provide a more detailed "report" before deciding to go up.
