I love reading the panel!!! Still waiting for the luck of one of my questions to get answered! I am planning a 2011 trip to WDW - and one resort choice is the FW Cabins. How comfortable is the murphy bed - I don't want to spend all vaca w/ an aching back

Hi Allison!  I have found the murphy beds in the cabins are very comfortable.  I have not had any back issues and have used one for as long as two weeks while on vacation. The murphy bed is a double  bed and it is easy to pull down at night and put away in the morning.

My family loves the cabins and Fort Wilderness.  There is a peacefulness that surrounds you there and it is always good when you have spent a day in a busy crowded park.  I don't recommend the cabins for large families even though you can sleep six.  There is one very small closet and basically only four small drawers.  There are a few other locations for storage but not many.  The cabins have a full kitchen and two televisions plus dining table and a nice large bathroom.
