    Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt DIsney World Moms Panel!

    The water parks do have Disney Character Meet and Greets.  However, they are only offered seasonally so it really depends on when you will be visiting.  We have seen Goofy, Lilo and Stitch, and Chip and Dale ourselves.  They are dressed in tropical or beach outfits.

    I suggest asking a Disney Cast Member when you first enter Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach.  Good luck and please write back with more questions!
