Would love to plan my 3 y.o. son's 1st trip to Disney this year. I noticed the bippity boppity salon thing for girls. Is there something geared towards little boys also? Any ideas for other special outings for him besides character meals? Thanks!

Karyn, you're an awesome mom for doing something special for your little guy's first trip. The Bibbidy Bobbidi Boutique is always a front runner for little princesses, but it's also an awesome option for the princes. Boys over three years old (that's you!) can get the Cool Dudes package for $7.50 (+ tax). They'll give him the princely treatment and spiff him up with colorful hair gel and confetti. There are two Boutique locations. For you, I'd recommend the Magic Kingdom location. Here's why:

Get a prince costume before your trip. Dress him up before your appointment and proceed to the Boutique in the Magic Kingdom. You'll get lots of priceless pictures during his Cool Dudes appointment. Then, following the appointment, wander around the castle area and take lots of special photos. Buy a picture frame as a souvenir during your trip that reminds you of the experience, and bring it home to frame one of the pictures and cement the memory for a lifetime.

You can make an advance reservation for the Boutique by calling 407-WDW-STYLE.

Another special outing for him would be the Harmony Barber Shop in the Magic Kingdom on Main Street, U.S.A. It's got a very nostalgic feel to it as only Disney could do, and they're very good with giving kids and their parents their favorite haircut. It's $17 for adults and $14 for children. The barbershop is open for walk-ins only, seven days a week, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Have an awesome time with your little guy!
