    Hello! I would love to plan a Disney wedding but I am concerned about the cost to my 15 guests. The wedding website suggests that room and ticket discounts are available for wedding guests. Do you to know how much of a discount that might be? Thank you!

    Julie, a Disney wedding is one of the most magical experiences in your life. My daughter had a very large wedding there in 2003 and guests are still talking about everything that Disney was able to do to make it extra special.

    Disney will offer discounts for your guests wishing to stay close to the action in a Disney resort.  The rates will depend on the number of your guests and the resort you choose.  You will need to guarantee a minimum number of nights according to the number of your guests and the only way you can determine what that will be is to talk to a wedding consultant.

    Because my daughter had a large wedding with over 250 guests we were able to choose one resort from each category; deluxe, moderate, and value. Our guests were then able to choose the discounted rates for each choice and make their reservation where they felt most comfortable. For smaller weddings you will most likely choose one resort but the discounts will be a good savings for them.

    Please don't hesitate to call the Disney wedding consultants as soon as possible to hear about all the options you have for your memorable occasion.  They will make sure every detail is taken care of and you will not have the worries and stress that often accompany other brides when they are planning their special day!  From experience I recommend highly a Disney wedding!
