We love peace and quiet and usually stay at Ft Wilderness. The character breakfast at The Grand Flo was too loud, but the Epcot breakfast was perfect. What's the noise level in the dining room on a cruise like? Is music piped-in to the public spaces?

    Hi, Ana!

You're going to have to consider the source as I answer your question.  I come from a family of six, and although I love peace and quiet also, I probably have a higher tolerance of noise and chaos than most people.

I think the noise level on Disney Cruise Line ships is amazingly peaceful, and there is music throughout the public spaces. The only times where things get really loud are at the deck parties and in the dance clubs. The restaurants -- despite their size -- seem intimate to me, and I never had a problem with casual conversation.  Of course, for the ultimate in a luxury dining experience, you can try Palo (Dream, Wonder and Magic) or Remy (Dream) -- which host adults only.

I hope that helps you plan. Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
