Love the panel's great info!!! ! Will be in H.S. on Nov 25. Fantasmic at 6:30. What are the chances of getting in if we arrive shortly before show time? Not sure about wait time with small but rowdy little guy! Thanks for your help.

Hi, Robert!    Fantasmic is an amazing show that everyone wants to see!   Because of this, most shows are filled to capacity.   In order to get a seat, I suggest you get in line at least 60 minutes prior to showtime.   Any later than this, you will be lucky to even get standing room only.   The Fantasmic ampitheatre seats over 6,000 and has standing room only for over 3,000 so we are talking one HUGE place!   But, night after night, Fantasmic has a full house.

So what can you do about waiting in line with your little mouseketeer?   I like to carry along my bag of tricks to keep my kids busy!    I make a stop at my local "dollar store" before leaving home and stock up on glow sticks, stickers, and small toys that will keep them busy.    I've also found a juice box and a bag of goldfish crackers can go a long way for entertainment!   Bring a stroller so your son has a place to sit - this will help a lot.

I wish I had some magical formula that you could show up 10 minutes before the show and get a seat, but that is highly unlikely.   Just bring some activities, take an afternoon break so your son is well rested, and give it your best shot!   Good luck and I hope you enjoy Fantasmic at Disney's Hollywood Studios!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is sailing with Disney Cruise Line, running (or cheering!) at runDisney events, taking hula lessons at Aulani, or vacationing at the Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. I am proud to be a part of the planDisney team and cannot wait to share my tips and advice for a magical vacation
