Love this panel! You're all so patient! We're arriving one day before our plan at BLT starts and staying at ASM family that night. Can we still use Magical Express luggage service? Planning DD that evening (Earthquake sundae) to acclimate to WDW.

Hello Rochelle!  I'm not sure I understand your question completely so if my answer seems off-base, please write back to clarify!  I think you are saying when you fly into Orlando, you'd like to use Magical Express to get you and your luggage to All Stars.  If so, yes, you can use Magical Express in that capacity.  To take it a step further, are you asking if Magical Express can then transfer your luggage from All Stars to Bay Lake Towers (BLT)?  The answer to that is no.  However, don't worry, I have some options for you!

When transferring resorts, you can either call Bell Services to pick up your luggage or you can drop it off with them on the day of your transfer.  Tell them you are continuing your vacation at BLT and they will take it from there.  Later, once at BLT and in your room, you can call Bell Services to have the luggage delivered to you.

Another option would be to take a taxi over to BLT with your luggage.  You can then check in like you normally would and if your room isn't ready, you can simply store your luggage with Bell Services.

I hope this answers your question!  Diane
