Hello! I love the panel. Going to WDW 8/9-8/18. We are taking our 3 kids: DS 15, DD 12 & DD 6 m/o. I know our trip will be different this time w/ a 6 m/o. How can I make sure the older kids have a great time w/ the 6 m/o calling the shots? :) Help

    Hi Stephanie!

Thank you for the kind words, we love helping guests, like you, plan their magical vacations. Congratulations on your upcoming trip and your newest bundle-of-joy's first visit.  I am sure your family will have an incredible time no matter what you do, but I would love to share a bit of my family's similar experiences, as my oldest and youngest are 9 years apart.

One of the best parts of a Walt Disney World vacation is that everyone can truly find something to make their visit special and Disney really puts in the extra effort to make sure no one feels left out.  Also, every vacation is sure to be a different experience, so your family may really enjoy taking things a little slower and experiencing some things you may have overlooked on past trips. One trip we decided to go explore Tom Sawyer Island for the first time because I was pregnant and needed a place to sit.  It turned out to be one of my oldest's favorite adventures. He loved investigating the island's treasures on his own, while I sat with my feet up, appreciating the beauty of my surroundings.  There are also several attractions which offer Rider Switch.  No one will miss a thrill or exciting experience even when your littlest princess is not quite big enough.   You can even take turns with your oldest two about who gets to ride them twice!

Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with, as I have visited often with the littlest of guests.  There are some great experiences she will adore and even some great attractions you will adore and she will consider nap worthy.

    Have a wonderful vacation.

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm Lauren, a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family and friends. From graduations to birthdays, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon we’ve loved celebrating at the most Magical Place on Earth. I now have pre-teens who check wait times in the My Disney Experience App just for fun, so I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help you plan a little extra Pixie Dust for your next magical adventure.
