Love this panel! Going to WDW Mar 10-17, 2012 staying at POFQ. How early do you suggest arriving at the parks each morning? And any suggestions on how much time to allow for traveling on the bus transportation? Want to try to get a jump on the crowds:)

    Hi Rebecca!
Soon you will be arriving at Walt Disney World, and I always try to plan my time at the parks before I arrive as well.  I use the Park Hours Calendar on a regular basis.  I try to get to the parks about 15- 20 minutes before park open and always use Extra Magic Hours.  The buses will start around 30 minutes prior to park opening, and I usually allow 20 -30 minutes for travel time depending on where you are going and how far your room is from the bus stop.  All of the theme parks open at 9:00 am unless there are Extra Magic Hours in the morning and then they will open at 8:00 am.  The Water Parks are open at 10:00 am.  Evening Extra Magic Hours are from 9:00 pm until 12:00 am.  Disney's Hollywood Studios has this on March 12 and Epcot has this on March 16th.  I also want to remind you to use Fast Passes as this will allow you to maximize your time in the theme parks as well.  I hope you have a magical vacation, Rebecca!
