    Love your panel! Visiting WDW soon! MK closes at 7PM on 10/24 and we have Chef Mickey reservations at 7:45PM. I thought we could take the monorail to dinner and back to MK parking lot. Will there still be a tram to take us to our car? Staying off property.

    Hi Kylie,

    I've got good news for you. Magic Kingdom closes to day guests at 7 p.m. on October 24 for Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, which runs until midnight. So the Walt Disney World transportation will continue to operate until at least 1 a.m. that day.

    To get from Magic Kingdom to the Contemporary for your meal at Chef Mickey's, you can either take the monorail or walk. It takes about 10 minutes from the entrance either way, depending on how long you wait for the monorail. At closing time, when many other guests are leaving, I'd probably walk.

    Then after dinner, you will be able to take the monorail from inside the Contemporary to the Transportation and Ticket Center and find a tram to your vehicle.
